China posthumously awarded police officers who died fighting coronavirus
Five police officers who died during the performance of official duty to contain the epidemic of the new coronavirus were awarded posthumously by the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China, the newspaper Zhenmin Zhibao reported on February 7. China police officers aged 37 to 57 were based in different locations in China from Inner Mongolia in the north of the country to Hubei Central Police. They were all hailed as outstanding police officers who fulfilled their duties and made progress in curbing the epidemic.
