Mass media: Turkey accelerated sending tanks, armoured vehicles and ammunition to Idlib
Turkey is accelerating the dispatch of tanks, armoured vehicles and ammunition to its military observation posts located in Syrian Idlib, Sabah newspaper reported on February 10. According to the publication, such a decision was taken after the death of five Turkish soldiers from shelling by the Syrian military. In order to strengthen Turkish positions and prevent further strikes by the Syrian army, reinforcements with tanks and other armoured vehicles were sent to Turkish observation posts in Idlib, the newspaper reports. It should be noted that Turkish TV channels and Internet resources actively publish videos of the movement of large columns with armoured vehicles, self-propelled artillery and multiple fire systems. According to the news agency, on February 10, the Turkish Defense Ministry officially acknowledged the deaths of five of its soldiers from Syrian shelling in the province of Idlib. Ankara later announced retaliatory strikes.
