According to journalists, the Speaker of the Parliament Archil Talakvadze said that the police are faced with cases of violation of the quarantine by citizens, which is unacceptable. He asked the leader of the parliamentary majority, Mamuke Mdinaradze, to develop appropriate measures. We need a strict, reasonable and professional response to all the risks that can lead to the spread of the infection, Talakwadze said. It should be noted that according to official data, in Georgia as of March 17 1,008 people, are in quarantine. About the same number of persons are prescribed a regime of self-isolation. Every day, Georgian media reports that the police detain regime violators on the street.
