New Mercedes-Maybach S-class tested on Nürburgring track
The prototype of the next generation Mercedes-Maybach S-class luxury limousine passed the final tests at the Nürburgring race track. This is reported on the website of the Motor1. Journalists of the publication note that the car was covered with camouflage film. However, this did not prevent them from seeing pop-up door handles on the test sample, while other prototypes of the car had conventional handles. In addition, it is already known that under the camouflage of the front part of the car there is a modernized false radiator grid with vertical bars. It is this grid design that is installed on the updated Maybach S-Class Pullman and on the Maybach GLS crossover. The new product is also equipped with new headlamps made in brand style. The rear lights extend onto the rear door, which also gives Maybach S-Class a stylish look. In the cabin of the car will be installed an instrument with a huge touch display placed vertically, as well as an updated version of the MBUX infotainment system. Recall, in March 2020 in the Russian Federation 4,427 new light cars and off-road vehicles Mercedes were sold, which is 34% more than in 2019. Read also: Mercedes-Benz recalls 494 more cars in Russia
