Austria ended the regime of severe self-isolation due to coronavirus

The regime of exit restrictions, introduced since 16 March as a measure to combat the spread of a new coronavirus infection, is being abolished by the Austrian authorities. This is reported on 1 May in a published decree of the Austrian Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Consumer Protection. The document also requires citizens of the country not to gather in groups of more than 10 people, to observe distance from others in public places at a distance of one meter and to wear protective medical masks both in places of mass accumulation of people and in premises. At the same time, the holding of mass events is still prohibited. Recall, at the first stage of easing quarantine measures to contain the spread of new coronavirus infection in Austria since April 14, small shops, as well as construction and horticultural markets were opened, provided that a limited number of buyers on them at the same time. At the second stage, from May 2 of this year, it is planned to open large shops and service enterprises in the country.
