In France, activists poured artificial blood on the building of the Ministry of Health

The building of the Ministry of Health was filled with red paint, symbolizing blood, activists from the associations Attac and Inter-Urgences in the French capital city of Paris. This was announced on June 20 in a statement by Attac. Around 08:00 local time, 30 activists of the Attac alterglobalist association and the Inter-Urgences trade union medical association smeared the facade of the French Ministry of Health with artificial blood. As the activists themselves explained, this was done in protest against the state's health policy. According to activists, as a result of the health policy pursued for many years, medical workers were forced to work to the limit. In exchange for the extreme dedication shown by health workers at the height of the epidemic, despite the lack of beds, medical equipment and protective equipment, the government provided doctors with only a medal awarded according to very strict criteria. Activists also noted that a peaceful medical protest in Paris was severely dispersed using tear gas. Artificial blood, as activists explained, is a symbol of sacrifice by those doctors who paid their lives for the deadly choice of government. Earlier, the news agency reported on a medical protest, which ended in riots provoked by radical young people who joined the medical workers. During the riots, 19 police officers were injured, 32 people were detained.
