Presidents of Russia and Belarus Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko will hold a bilateral meeting on June 30 as part of the opening ceremony of the Rzhev Memorial to the Soviet Soldier, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on June 29.
