The meeting of the working group of Russia and the United States on space security is scheduled for the end of July. It is noted that the decision was announced by US Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Ford during a meeting with Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov. According to the news agency, on June 17, the US Department of Defense announced the completion of the creation of the Defense Strategy in Space, which the Pentagon called a response to a significant threat from Russia and China.
