Chinese doctors revealed 49 cases of infection per day SARS-CoV-2

Over the past day, 49 new cases of coronavirus infection have been identified in China. This was announced on August 2 by the press service of the State Committee on Hygiene and Health of the PRC. Of the total number of cases confirmed per day, 16 were imported. Of the 33 internal cases of infection, 30 were recorded in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, three more cases were confirmed in Liaoning Province, in the northeast of the country. 20 asymptomatic carriers of coronavirus infection were also identified, of which nine people came from abroad. There were no cases of fatality among patients with detected coronavirus infection over the past day, 14 people were recovered and discharged from medical institutions.
