US special envoy says he is in a hurry to inform NATO of the results of negotiations with the Russian Federation

Marshall Billingsley, special representative of the American president for arms control, intends to present to his NATO colleagues the results of negotiations with Russia as soon as possible. He wrote about this on August 24 on Twitter. I look forward to informing the NATO North Atlantic Council this week about the results of the last round of negotiations with the Russian Federation in Vienna in Austria. Billingsley See also:
